I walked in the door after work on Monday and this is what I saw. I have an island!! They cut out the shape of the countertop that we wanted and hooked up the stove and dishwasher and hung the pendant lights. Things are really coming together now.
Now I am really starting to dislike my couch and chair in the living room. What was I thinking when I thought that stripe and flower patern were cool? Yuck!!

It look fabulous and your right one new room leads you into another room that just isn't going to do anymore.... us girls need change and then wonder what were we thinking, but I'm gonna warn you picking out living room furniture sucks!!
That island looks like a great spot to drink Tequila at :)
